Quantum dots antibody conjugates are made from a nanometer-scale crystal of a Semiconductor material, which are coated with an additional semiconductor shell end have excellent the optical properties of the materials. These materials have a narrow, Symmetric emission spectrum.

You can select quantum dots with emission any wavelength (Figure 2A).

Core with shell (Figure 1A) is further coated with a polymer shell that allows the materials to be Conjugated to biological molecules. This polymer shell Is directly coupled to the antibody (Figure 1B).

You can choose material a core and a polymer shell.

ANTIBODY CONJUGATES

Multiplex immunofluorescence using QDs to detect several antigens give excellent result  (Figure 2B).

Conjugates of antibodies with quantum dots demonstrate good fluorescence in Flow Cytometry when staining human lymphocytes and are excellent for determining the proportion of human T-lymphocytes in multicolor staining (Figure 3).

  • Quantum dots antibody conjugates are more luminous than conjugates with organic dyes.
  • High signal to noise ratio.
  • Highest image brightness.
  • The use of Quantum dots antibody conjugates in the near-IR region allows for in vivo imaging (Figure 4).
